Robb’s expertise is also backed by a distinguished
19-year corporate career across Coopers & Lybrand, Telstra, and RACV, where he led complex projects and

His mission, however, goes far beyond titles and credentials. Robb is passionate about
co-investing with others to expand his reach and impact, continuously striving to help people unlock their peak physical and mental performance.
This mission is also deeply personal. In memory of his daughter, Olivia, who tragically passed away at just 15 in 2023 from anorexia nervosa, Robb has become a leading advocate for
innovative approaches to eating disorder recovery and prevention. His legacy work to date totals
$56.51 million, including:
- $50 million in federal government funding for world-leading eating disorder research
- Two breakthrough dog therapy programs at Monash Children’s Hospital and Alfred Health supporting children suffering from eating disorders
- $6.5 million in government funding for in-home, family-supported treatment models
- Leading support of the national “36 Months” campaign, which successfully resulted in a new law raising the minimum age of social media access in Australia from 13 to 16, and is now working in partnership with the federal government to encourage other countries to follow Australia’s lead
- The outcome of Liv’s Coronial Inquest included the Coroner’s recommendation that the Victorian Government fund a “hospital-in-the-home” style solution to better support people with eating disorders, extending care beyond hospital walls into families’ daily lives.
But it wasn't always like this for Robb..."I BELIEVE SUCCESS IN HEALTH ISN'T A MATTER OF LUCK, IT'S A LIFESTYLE CHOICE."
- ROBB EVANS
Growing up in Bendigo, Victoria, Australia, he endured years of
bullying and threats that eroded his confidence. At 20, a life-threatening incident became the turning point. Determined to reclaim his power, he stepped into a gym for the first time, committing to build a body and a mindset he could stand tall in. That decision sparked a transformation that would shape the rest of his life.
In 2009, Robb left the boardroom to pursue his true calling, coaching. Starting his fitness business with just one client, he has since built a global coaching practice and brand rooted in performance, growth, and legacy.
Along the way, he has recorded
4,300+ podcast episodes reaching listeners in 70+ countries, and interviewed and met some of the world’s most renowned figures including Brooke Shields, Jillian Michaels, Bruce Buffer, Olympic Gold Medallists, Mel Gibson, Dr Phil, Tom Brady, Sir Richard Branson, and even US President Barack Obama and Australian Prime Minister.
Today, Robb owns a diverse portfolio of ventures spanning health, mindset, and performance. His mission is clear: to inspire and empower people everywhere to rise into the top 1% version of themselves,
healthy, driven, and unstoppable.
